Vikram Misri

  Vikram Misri Vikram Misri is an Indian diplomat and the current Deputy National Security Adviser of India. He will be taking over as the next Foreign Secretary of India, replacing Vinay Kwatra, with effect from July 15, 2024  1   2   3 . Misri was born on November 7, 1964, in Srinagar, India, to a Kashmiri Hindu family  4 . He completed his early education at the Scindia School and obtained his undergraduate degree in history from the Hindu College of the University of Delhi. He also holds an MBA from the XLRI Xavier Labour Relations Institute, Jamshedpur  4 .
